Ashley Burgess-Payne
Ashley Burgess-Payne is the co-founder of Connectionsb2b along with Nigel Harper and Teresa Payne. He is also a qualified solicitor and part of the Leadership Team for Parfitt Cresswell Solicitors which has eight offices across the South East of England. 

With a BA Hons degree in Primary Education, Ashley worked as a teacher in Kent before changing career paths and entering the legal profession with Parfitt Cresswell in 2013 where he now heads up business development.  

Focusing on marketing, Ashley has a keen interest in and understanding of how to use Direct Response Marketing and Premium Pricing & Positioning to enhance a business’ position and profits. Having spent the past several years studying under and learning from many highly successful marketing experts (such as Christian Simpson, Paul Martinelli and Dan Kennedy) he has contributed towards the growth of Parfitt Cresswell’s over the years through its DRM style marketing.

Ashley is also a Certified John Maxwell Team Coach and is passionate about personal development, growth and the role our mind-set plays in the success we experience. In 2019 Ashley created ‘Think to Succeed’, a Connectionsb2b podcast that looks at the strategies and blueprints utilised by highly successful entrepreneurs and business owners. 

Ashley is currently based in East Sussex, has a love of all sports, especially football and his beloved Crystal Palace FC. He enjoys going to the gym, running and attempting to play golf. In his spare time, he enjoys learning to play the guitar and learning more about leadership and the how the mind works.
